A question: is it considered normal to breast feed your baby in public? I'm not looking to stir up any drama but am genuinely curious as to what the going standard is. I've never seen it done, so my guess would be not, but looking for other input.

> Breckland Council said the move aimed to make it fairer for individuals who did not smoke.

I can see their point.

But then I take Facebook breaks to account for the fact I don't smoke :)

Re. the smoking breaks, there was a minor revolt in our office recently, wherein there had been complaints about the smokers in the team wandering outside for smoking breaks outside their alloted break times. Apparently, all the smokers were rounded up and told that if they were going to smoke, they had to do it in their 15/20 minute morning and afternoon breaks, rather than taking them in addition to it. Several smokers were very irate about it.
