[x] I can improve on/learn to do anything given the training and chance to work on it, but some things I'm naturally bad at so the effects of this will be significantly more limited.

Exactly.

I can techniocally paint models to a high standard, but I have no talent or flair for it. If I teach someone with talent the techniques they know,t hey will outstrip me by miles.

Also? Internal Combustion Engines are voodoo in boxes.

Yeah, this. I think it's that I'll never be the best composer the world, ever, however much work I put in, but it's probable (I don't know for sure) that if I devoted myself to trying, I could compose music, as opposed to not being able to do so at all.

So, literally, "yes, there are things I can't do", but I think the spirit of the question is that "I can learn anything eventually, given the opportunity". And specifically, I have a reasonably large emotional commitment to believing that, true or not, because I think it helps me achieve things I CAN achieve through hard work, whether or not some things might always be out of reach.
