Needless Distraction
i'm not usually a PopCap games type of person - they always seem to be variations on a simple theme. Far too many of them are Bejewelled with knobs on.
However Peggle just kept me amused for over an hour. It's fantastically executed - it's hard to stop playing when you get Ode to Joy played whenever you succeed in clearing a screen!

Botanics
Recovering from Rachel's beach party, Ellie and I wandered to the botanics to see an exhibition of photos of plants that look sexy. Sadly said exhibition closed two days early, but we enjoyed wandering about anyway. Now off to a dreadful pub to hang out with Conservatives before heading home to relax before Morven's birthday tonight. Aah, the endless social whirl.
