[Brief Explanation for why I can't] 1) Because it's tied in to email, and my login on google is "andrew@ducker.org.uk" I can't use regular gmail without switching who I'm logged in as. And while ducker.org.uk is hosted on gmail they haven't rolled out buzz to hosted domains yet. At least, not last I checked.
2) Gmail is blocked at work. Calendar and Reader are both fine, but Gmail is shut down entirely (as are hotmail and the like). Sites I can't visit from work lose a lot of their utility to me. Which is a shame.
If they make Buzz available as a separate app then I'll be able to use it, which would be nice!
