You're going to have to explain that one!

Ah! Thank you. I think it's great (not necessarily funny, but I still love it), even though like cheekbones, I didn't get it. I could tell it was a superhero reference about the relative compatibilities of the two phones, of which I heartily approve, even though I couldn't put the pun together.

I was partially hampered by not recognising Flash and thinking "is that Daredevil?" Huh? :)

Ah, I've never heard of Flash as a superhero. Thanks!

Oh. Took me a moment to get it.

I wish more major browsers would drop Flash support. If just Firefox or IE did it when they moved to the more mature HTML standards, we could finally kill it once and for all.

Sadly I didn't get the joke because I am not a big comic book buff and thought that might be daredevil :)

Where was the post and article about Apple's strategy with the Mac and omitting the arrow keys? It's not far off, as I think you commented on it.

I had a thought about that this morning -- if Flash worked on the iPhone, then I bet you that loads of people would make crappy apps that are just an iPhone wrapper around a Flash web app. That's not an application, that's a kludge. I bet that's what they're really out to block. (Though they could just block those apps...? Maybe my theory falls flat on that...)

You're underestimating how easily people buy shit. Look at all the crappy applications that survive for Windows. (And for Mac for that matter.)

They really are.
