Yeh, I'm about three to five sizes bigger than my other half depending, which similarly sort of puts paid to that idea, handy though it would be.

A similar point has often come up at work with one of my colleagues whose partner has the same shoe size - OMG IT WOULD BE LIKE HAVING TWICE THE SHOES! Also I was just telling my partner recently that I wished he was a girl cos it would be much easier to find nice and appropriate presents for him. Ah, the things we prioritise.

I usually wear tiny tiny thongs. Occasionally I feel the need for something bigger and more hug-like, so yes I do borrow Doug's man-shorts. Lovely.

It doesn't go the other way, for the same reason I don't swap bras with my 38AA friend (after the one painful/ comedy incident)
