It does, apparently, have to be in a sexual context as well as causing harm, so unless you're being particularly kinky with the curry....

I don't want to come across as a pedant, but our parliament broadly consists of two things, a government and an opposition. The last time I checked, the Tories aren't the government, and as this is one of their proposals it isn't a government stupidity.
