Via octopoid_horror I was emailed Upgrade Complete.  Which is very silly, and utterly addictive.

You have to buy _everything_ in the game (which is a fun shoot-em-up) to win.  Including the menu system, upgrades to graphics, sound, etc. 

I won!

You are allowed to feel super-smug if you complete it without having to look up all the answers. Although I had to.
