Hmm. 10 years ago we had the early web. Is this some kind of natural semantics local search thing where you speak to your mobile phone and it gives displays a route to your nearest Thai restaurant?

There was something positively frightening about the "physical Turing test" - it sent shivers down my spine!

And I find the prospect of organic, self determining robots scary.

Too much Isaac Asimov as a kid, I guess...

i was impressed that they'd got the recovering from losing balance so natural that i had an immediate "argh, poor thing, that's cruel!" reaction. kind of a legs version of the crossing the uncanny valley.
