Theatrical Cut: Two hours and thirty-five minutes (at the moment).
Director's Cut: Three hours and ten minutes
Director's Cut with Tales of the Black Freighter intercut: Three hours and forty minutes

So will you buy all three versions on DVD, or just wait for the full version?

Besides Tales of the Black Freighter, what are they doing with the various texts that appear at the end of the first 11 chapters, like the excerpts from Behind the Mask and the Veidt Corporation memos? (I like the irony of all the merchandising that is appearing in Previews at the moment in this regard.)

I'm planning to see it at the GSC IMAX on release day.

Interested to know what they're cutting for the theatrical run: I'm guessing that a lot of the character back story will get trimmed. Like the stuff with the psychiatrist in the "The Abyss Gazes Also" chapter.
