One of these people already lives with me. His name is Ed. The other will be moving in in three weeks time. His name is Jack (although he doesn't know it yet.) Sat 23/06/2007 12:15 23062007015
Agreed! I played with kittens for the first time earlier this week and was shocked to find they're nothing like 'real' cats at all. I so wanted to steal one. :-)
I always thought you were one of those odd people who favored dogs. Are you broadening your horizons or is this new addition to your household your housemates idea?
Also, (and quite obviously) Jack is very cute indeed.
Oh, I definitely _prefer_ dogs. But cats can be ignored as necessary, left food and don't have to be taken for walks. Dogs might not be as much workd as babies, but you have to be there for them a lot more. If I worked from home I'd be terribly tempted though.
I can ignore my current cat - up to a point. Said point is usually picking her up and depositing her somewhere else, and then running interference for long enough for her to get bored and go pester Ed instead :->

Coincidentally, we're going to look at some kittens this evening. KITTENS!

So, I guess I'm saying you should post a picture of the wee beastie in nine months or so.
And Jack is the best name for a cat.
