Due to Scotland's ridiculous propery system, it cost me £67k rather than £51k, but what can ya do?

I'll be moving in the few weeks following Christmas, so I should be installed by February, party to follow!

I've owned a flat for about 4 and a half years now. Sadly it's in Stirling and I no longer am.

It'll get sold in May and the profits will go back to my Dad for the loan he gave me for my deposit here.

The main reasons for buying are:
1) Mortgage payments are cheaper than rent
2) Mortgage payments don't go up every year, rent does
3) You can sell it 5 years later and make a profit!

I'm definitely more semi-adult than I was, but still not very.
