Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] despotliz

(I just had to tell [livejournal.com profile] eduard_green that it wasn't worth me spending the time explaining the joke to him. Woe.)

LOL!

(now I wish that my geek husband had been willing to see 300 with me, so I could share this with him)

A computer/science/gadget engineer-geek who reads about four novels per year (to my knowledge, he's read precisely one SF/F book - Jonothan Strange & Mr Norrel - and that was just because we were on holiday and he ran out of physics/maths textbooks), prefers classic films to action flicks, and has never, as far as I know, so much as _touched_ a comic book. When I go into Forbidden Planet, he happily wanders off to the camera shop.

Fortunately, I have my not-so-little brother to come with me to the cinema (hooray for geekiness running in families!). Spiderman 3 next week...

Why's he angry though? Isn't SATA 10 x better than IDE (although admittedly not compatible with his motherboard probably...)

*smirk*

What, in a sentance like "If I could reach, I'd smack you upside the head, but I can't, so I'll proclaim eternal servitude to you o great and gigantic master"

If so, I demand you placate my rage with an offering of 10 SATAII 320GB HDDs please.

NO, THE SMALL ONE IS RIGHT. THIS JOKE NO LONGER MAKES SENSE.
