Fun and games in meetings

This passed on from a friend:

We just had a company meeting today, after which the DBA here told me a story about a meeting he had with our MD.

The meeting was just the two of them in a small meeting room that was, apparently way too hot.

The meeting dragged on for one hour then two...at some point due to the heat the DBA felt his eyelid starting to droop and he eventually nodded off.

When his eyes snapped open again some time later his instant reaction was, of course, panic. He was relieved to discover that the MD was slumped to one side drooling slightly: they were having a two person meeting and both of them had falled asleep.

To get out of the situation the DBA started talking loudly in response to the last this he remembered being said which woke the MD up and the meeting continued as if nothing had happened.
