Why? Is he/she generally tolerant of everything and anything?
(An entirely innocent enquiry -- I don't know the person at all.)
Actually, I wonder how well Torchwood is doing outside the SF fan community. Each episode on BBC 2 is introduced with a voice-over referring to it as the BBC's "new smash hit", but I haven't seen any actual audience figures.
Can't really do the poll, since we don't have satellite or digital (or cable, or bittorrent, or whatever). But my current recommended TV, for what it's worth, is (1) Spooks, followed by (2) The State Within (although after this coming Monday it will be just the latter, since this coming Monday will be the last episode in the current series of the former -- waaah!!).
Yeh I should have mentioned Spooks too - tho I think the last 2 have been a bit of a letdown after the cracking start (and they are DRAGGING OUT Adam imploding.)( Do you think he's gonna kill himself? That's my theory cos we've already had one shock exit (Tom), one killed in line of duty (Danny) and 2 falsely accused of murder (Zoe, Ruth) so we need some variety! (Maybe after the kid gets killed. That would push him over edge for sure.)
I do like Roz more and more tho. WOnderfully lethargically acerbic. Why on earth IS she doing this job??
Battlestar galactica I haven't really started on yet. Lost I gave up on after 8 episodes when I realised nothing had actually happened and I didn't care about any of the characters. Torchwood I haven't had a chance to see yet, though I am intrigued. never even heard of Studio 60.
Impressed that 8 people recommended the same show as me...and this before I looked at what others recommended. It really is VERY good.
Not bothered about Dr Who or Torchwood, never have been, even back in the days of Baker/Davidson etc.
Still watching Lost.
Rich watches BG.
Never heard of Studio 60.
We are also currently enjoying Veronica Mars, My Name is Earl, Heroes, The Unit (downloaded) and on Original Flavour TV, NYPD Blue - it's the final season!

I'm quite enjoying Torchwood. It's not Best Thing Evah, and nowhere near as good as New Who series 1, but still better than New Who series 2...

You are hereby dubbed "officially wrong" and cast into the outer darkness.

Lost is still very watchable but I can understand people getting fed up with it.
Why anyone would stop watching Galactica is beyond me: the 3rd season has been staggeringly good so far.
Tocthwood I'm giving another two episodes before I give up on it. The cyberwoman was almost unforgivable.

Lost is crap and I stopped watching after the first year.
Galactica will get watched when the boxed set of series 2 is anywhere near affordable.
Never heard of Studio 60.
