Identity manangement sounds more like the basis of any change management techniques. Read much into management techniques? I can see you as someone into the more neo-human relations theory of management based on Mayo's work and built upon by people like Maslow, Herzberg & McGregor. Personally I err towards contingency, mix & match suits me better.
