Was up at 6:30am yesterday.

Am up today and tomorrow at similar times to make it to training course (c#).

Don't expect much out of me...

Oh, and Caffeine == Your God.

I don't partake of caffeine - the effects are short term, debilitating, and generally inferior to getting enough sleep.
