I've been trying to work out how to get people who wouldn't normally follow this kind of link, like kimberly_a and spaj to click on it, because it's really aimed at them.

Still not sure.

Apparently, mentioning me by name actually does increase the likelihood that I will click on a link. This has in fact been scientifically proven. Given that the likelihood of me clicking on such a link in the absence of my name is nearly 0, and I did in fact click the link this time, there is an estimated 100% correlation.
