From a League of Extraordinary Gentlemen review at work

In conclusion if they gave me a choice of seeing this again, Dungeons and Dragons the Movie or a quiet room with a girly magazine and a fist full of broken glass I'd have to say, show me the glass.

Needless to say, I won't be watching it.  Ever.

However, in addition to not being as cute as Johnny Depp (who is after all), he also can't particularly act. He did a slightly better job playing Dorian Grey than he did playing Lestat in Queen of the Damned (perhaps the worst movie I've seen in 15 years), but he was effectively playing the exact same character, and it wasn't much better in LoEG. Peta Wilson was good but massively underused, the SFX were moderately cool, and Sean Connery was (as always) a joy to watch, but it is very much a serious waste of several hours.
