Especially from a former military perspective, where lying gets me put in jail. : p My commander-in-chief gets to do that and 'sodomy' for free. Though, as usual in the military, the higher ranking you are, the more rules you usually get to break (and I doubt the CINC's held to the UCMJ anyways).
