1. 'They' want to tell me I'm a man then they want to police my body as a woman.

It's called having you coming and going.

Hm. I suppose some cocaine might make it easier to deal with our dystopian reality.

1. That reminds me that about 6 years ago, I went into a train station (women's) toilets at about 9pm after having been visiting my boyfriend who'd just lost his father. Anyway, I was washing my hands, when a male station guard appeared at the door and told me that I was in the wrong bathroom. I had the impression that someone had reported me.

I defaulted to a sort of hyper English Sergeant Wilson mode. 'Oh, I'm awfully sorry,' *earnest stare* 'but you see I am a woman. I could take my top off if that would help?'

Anyway, he turned red and muttered apologies and almost ran away. It was humiliating at the time. I often go for the gender neuter or disabled toilets these days to avoid anything similar. Or inadvertently terrifying any short femme women in the area, I guess.

OTOH, I did successfully destroy someone with politeness, so in retrospect, that seems like a small victory.

Bugger the toilet police.

2. GRRM seems to have completely lost interest in finishing his book series.

...and in typical patriarchy fashion, what women want has been made illegal
