Transparent scam

I got a 3 second phone call from unknown number, and robotic female voice said "I want to talk to you, add me on WhatsApp."

I worry about the kind of people who fall for something so transparently scammy.

I know there's something called WhatsApp, but that's all. If it's pronounced "what's up," I wouldn't have had any idea what the voice was talking about.

It's just a chat app. Like sending texts, only with added bits on top for video, audio, photos, etc. Nothing terribly exciting, but a way to get you in to conversation with them.
