#1 Excellent cast and the kind of period movie we know how to do. Nice to see Eva in a French-speaking one as well. Big budget French movies tend to be disappointing, so *fingers crossed*. The trailer looks very nice and you can rarely go wrong with Dumas so this is pretty low-risk to some extent. Smart choice.

I can't be seeing the same thing as you and AD. The trailer gives me the impression that some of the sets were very high quality and filmed with high quality cameras, but the blue/green screen backgrounds are disappointingly flat. I've viewed it on my teenage (LCD) office monitor and a 2yo Samsung Tab A 10" and am disappointed by the picture on both.

If I hadn't been disappointed by the cinema picture quality of "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace" I might trust that it would be better on the big screen ...
