"It would help [Deliveroo drivers] spot signs of: [...] county lines"

I didn't know what crime "county lines" was, so I had to google it.

According to an official UK government website, signs that identify criminals committing "county lines" is "different accents compared to local accent" or "seeming unfamiliar with your community".

A problem with using Delivery riders to spot drug dealing. is that it presupposes that Deliveroo riders aren't involved in the drug dealing business.

Deliveroo rider strikes me as a great cover for a drug messager.

Definetely - especially if you get a commercial label printer and put your drugs in old delivery boxes. The police probably won't tear open sealed boxes addressed to someone else, and if they do, you're just the messenger.
