I@m not quite sure that I see what the specific mischief is with regard to padlocked keysafes (cf abandoned bikes) or that there is a missing remedy given that the council can legally remove them already.

It will be news I think to the people who make miliatry aerial drones swarms that they are available off the shelf for about £7m.

They are more likely to be able to supply ferries. Or pizza.

The article on procrastination touches on some good points, but the suggestion that "executive functioning" can be a problem (organizing your ideas and breaking the task down into chunks) can be perilous, because suggestions I've seen for breaking the task down usually misunderstand the nature of the task. For me the problem in writing a complex piece isn't breaking the task down, it's the challenge of putting the pieces back together again so that they connect and are not just one after the other.

I think the line about "they are the ones in control because they are willing to blow the house up" is relevant to a lot of conflicts besides Brexit right now. There are a lot of suicide bombers in high positions, and the rest of us need to find tools to deal with suicide bombers.
