Oh, I'm back from Northampton, by the way, having visited everyone's favourite Uncle Alan. Erin wrote a fantastic entry on the visit which I couldn't possibly improve on, so once she's got it off the laptop and ontp LJ I'll post a link to that rather than writing my own.
