Valve recently released their movie-making software, complete with a bunch of their models/animations, allowing you to make your own short films.

And, of course, people decided to have fun. With headcrabs.

I first encountered the phenomemon when Nick sent me this video, wherein a headcrab is trying to enjoy a nice cup of tea:

And then this one appeared, with the singing, and the dancing:

And this one learns how computers work!
