I do think that certain things are likely to stop being made once a high-enough proportion of people are pirating things. But I also think that he's completely correct when it comes to things being locked down with DRM. And also that suing your customers is rarely a winning proposition.
The world is moving on, and I'm going to be fascinated to see what comes next.
