Edge magazine seems to do something similar - because they've given out 10/10 scores to a total of twelve games in the last seventeen years. Which seems pretty reasonable to me.

But they've sped up. In the first 100 issues, three perfect scores. In the second 100, eight. Although I'm glad to see that Zelda: OoT is on the list.
