The latest Miyazaki (Howl's Moving Castle - based on the book by Diane Wynne Jones) has broken Japanese box office records.

Myazaki also produced 2001's gorgeous Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, My Neighbour Totoro and Nausicaa: Valley of the Winds and is generally considered the best director of animation in the world.

Meanwhile

Off to the cinema this morning to see "Funny Kinda Guy", a documentary about a Female-To-Male Transexual from Scotland. Very touching places, if a little over-long. The main source of sadness in his life was that his old voice was gone.

Now at Hugh's, helping him and Roddy put together a new PC. So far I've mostly got thermal-paste all over my fingers.
