Whining about Facebook

I don't mind people bringing through interesting twitter updates to their Facebook statuses - but if they're prolific twitterers and they bring through all of their "private" @someone twits then they're really clogging up my news feed.

Is there any way to block this kind of thing from my news feed other than removing the person?

Never heard of it, but if it's being annoying, best way I guess is to tell them; they might not even realize it's happening or that it annoys, and odds are it can be turned off with a tweak of settings.
