Is it me, or is LJ dead today?

Is it a US holiday as well as a UK one?

I noticed that too. I don't think there is a US holiday though.

In fact, do you think there has been a general quietening of LJ over the past few months? I don't get the epic comments threads I used to. Yah, Boo etc.
