I need a bomb

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that 80-90% of people in the USA drink caffeine every day.

I mostly cut it out of my diet a while back, and find that I sleep better and am happier since then, but I haven't been a major user since I realised it was taking three cups of coffee to get me going in the morning and quit overnight (the headache lasted about four days).

I love tea but really, I drink caffeine to supplement my other stimulant that I take, dextro-amphetamine. I'm on 30 mg of dexedrine a day and I use the caffeine to supplement it. But for me, it's a calming agent and it helps me get to sleep. Without it, thoughts are racing through my brain too much for me to get to sleep. This is due to me going to sleep too long after my last dexedrine. If I went to bed fours after taking it like I am supposed to, I wouldn't that problem.

But then, I know that I'm not neuro-typical...
