Don't use the delicious website - they borked things recently.

Instead download this addon for Firefox
http://deliciousblogrescue.mozdev.org/
and use
http://www.notzen.com/lj.php
as the posting address.
Fill it in like this:

only with your Delicious username (and password) in the top bit and your lj username (and password) in the bottom bit.

It'll then post everything for 24 hours from before the point you selected.
