Most definitely. I largely agree, except that I think that Davies seems to use previous projects as testbeds both for actors and characters and I think the choices of characterization of both 9 & 10 is interesting, although 10's 1st season was definitely somewhat lacking compared to 9's (or at least compared to 9's season from Dalek onward, which was utterly brilliant, and admittedly difficult to either top or equal)
