That depends what you mean by "place".

[livejournal.com profile] octopoid_horror cascades down from recursive dimensions, so he (as far as that term applies) is not precisely "here". As far as we can tell, he can only truly manifest in 8 dimensional space, so unless a Type 5 Event occurs, this plane is safe.
